This new initiative provides high-quality leadership development opportunities for professionals who are ready to grow, connect, and lead with greater impact.

Leadership Fellows Program (Inaugural Cohort)

The Leadership Fellows Program is the Chamber’s premier advanced leadership experience, created for professionals seeking to sharpen their leadership skills, expand their influence, and grow personally and professionally.

This 8-month program includes a small cohort of 15 participants and is built around the nationally recognized BetterCulture curriculum, delivered through high-level instruction and real-world application. Sessions are facilitated by a PhD-level professional, offering an engaging and impactful experience for each Fellow.

Program Details

  • Length: 8 months

  • Schedule: 2 hours per month, 2:00–4:00 PM

  • Format: In-person sessions

  • Cohort Size: 15 participants

  • Curriculum: BetterCulture

  • Facilitator: PhD-level professional facilitator

Tuition

  • Chamber Members: $1,000

  • Non-Members: $1,350
