In accordance with our bylaws: The process for the ELECTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS: In August, the nominating committee was engaged to solicit nominees for board seat vacancies.
Nominees were presented to the Board and approved at the November 18, 2025, Board Meeting
Directors were elected by a majority vote of the Board - a quorum was present. Board terms begin on January 1.
