The Chapters Health Foundation is excited to be teeing off on Friday, November 6th at the beautiful Lake Jovita Golf & Country Club, North Course located just north of Tampa in Dade City. Hole by hole, Lake Jovita provides golf at its absolute best. Course designer Kurt Sandness has many award winning designs to his credit, including both South and North courses of Lake Jovita. Built on 263 acres and taking full advantage of the uniquely hilly terrain, the contemporary style North Course offers abundant elevation changes that provide incredible views of the scenic community. The North Course continues the traditions that are contrary to most Florida courses, in fact, from the second tee box, you can see five or six miles to the northeast.
The format for the Hospice Open is a SCRAMBLE. Registration and continental breakfast, including a Bloody Mary bar, begins at 8 a.m., and tee time is 9:30 a.m. Lunch is located at the turn on holes 4/5 and 9/10. A socially distant awards ceremony will follow the tournament. Foursomes start at $1,200 and there are additional sponsorship opportunities available for the exciting Helicopter Ball Drop, course contests, prizes, and many others. Chapters Health cares for anyone facing chronic or advanced illness or who is grieving the loss of a loved one. We help patients live as comfortably and meaningfully as possible and offer assistance to their families and caregivers along the way, but we couldn’t do it without the help of people like you.
Please know, your support helps us close the gap between the level of care covered by insurance and the exceptional, comprehensive care we proudly provide our Hospice, Palliative, and Home Health patients as well as bereaved family members. No one is ever denied care due to inability to pay. We could not do this without the help of partners like you! With your support, Chapters Health Foundation is able to offset the cost of programs that have no payment source, including bereavement services for adults and children, Honoring our Nation's Veterans, and a new patient special needs fund that covers extraordinary expenses, which fall outside the realm of care, but are critically important to patients’ comfort and peace of mind.
