                                                     Holly Lisle, Director of Development
                                                            Pepin Academies Foundation
Holly's professional background covers many areas of development including annual giving, special events, planned giving, community relations, legislative affairs and management.  She came to Pepin Academies in 2016 after six years in development at the University of South Florida.
The bulk of Holly's development experience has been in education with her first development position as District Manager for Junior Achievement of Polk County in the mid-1990s.  From there she has held development positions at the Pinellas Education Foundation, Florida Southern College, University of South Florida and now Pepin Academies Foundation. Right out of college in the late 80s, Holly had the privilege of working for then-Florida Representative Rick Dantzler, later Senator, and spent 5 ½ years working with him in the Florida Legislature. From there she took a position at the Polk County School Board and served as the Communications Manager. She took a break from development for a few years and worked in the retirement/assisted living industry in Pinellas County.
Throughout her development career, Holly has enjoyed helping organizations build and expand on their development programs to better position them for long-term growth and success.  In her position at Pepin Academies Foundation, Holly works in partnership with the campus administration and is responsible for initiating, enhancing and sustaining relationships, with individuals and groups in business, education, civic organizations and the community at large, as well as all fundraising and development activities. She is responsible for growing the funding for the Foundation to provide more funding and assistance to each of the Pepin Academies campuses in New Port Richey, Tampa and Riverview.
Holly served on the board of directors of Polk County Special Olympics, has participated over the years in numerous community volunteer activities and is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Suncoast Chapter.   She is a Florida native born and raised in Bartow, Florida.  Holly is married to Andy and has three beautiful step-children who are now in their early 20s.  She is active at her church, serving in a variety of volunteer capacities and enjoys spending time with her husband and family.
