    The North Tampa Bay Chamber is honored to have Florida Secretary of Commerce, Mr. James Sowell as a speaker.  Mr. Sowell is The Florida's Secretary of Commerce, and President/CEO of Enterprise Florida, Inc.(EFI).  Mr. Sowell leads the principal economic development organization for the State of Florida. 

    Florida's efforts to diversify the state's economy have taken on greater urgency. Secretary Sowell will outline ways Enterprise Florida, the state's economic development arm, is helping lead these efforts as we all work to strengthen Florida for the future.
