Established in 1960, Gulf Coast JFCS is a Florida not-for-profit social services agency with headquarters in Tampa Bay. Serving 30,000 clients a year throughout Florida. Inspired by Jewish values, we protect the vulnerable and help people achieve fulfilling lives by empowering individuals and strengthening families. We provide services to Jewish Families, Refugees, Unemployed Non-Custodial Parents, Elderly and Disabled, Food Pantry, Behavioral Health Challenges and a host of other programs.

View Personal BioPatsy StillsPatsy Stills is the Director of the Gulf Coast JFCS Heart Gallery of Pinellas and Pasco Program. Patsy has a master’s degree in Organizational Management with a concentration in Leadership. She is an experienced administrator with a demonstrated history of working in dependency, delinquency, behavioral health, and a variety of child welfare and human services. Patsy has worked for state departments as well as local non-profit organizations in all aspects of operations and administration to include front-line staff as well as director positions, quality assurance, contract management, and professional development.
