About Us

As a Broker Associate, Mollyana leads the Innovation Group at lpt realty, the fastest growing brokerage in history! Grounded in proper interpretation of the housing market, a tenacity to protect her clients' interests, savvy negotiation skills, cutting-edge marketing efforts, adept contract knowledge, and uncompromising integrity, Mollyana leads her team in this flourishing Florida Real Estate Market.

In 2020, Mollyana saw a need to serve start-ups and entrepreneurs and thus opened RAW Space Collaborative, a coworking and event space in Wesley Chapel, FL. She formed RAW Space Collaborative as a space for innovation and collaboration in loving memory of her late husband. Innovation Group at LPT Realty operates out of RAW Space along with many other professionals and entrepreneurs.

Mollyana is the Vice President of Icemann Development, whose mission is to build community projects that improve both quality of life and economic growth. Currently, Mollyana serves as Director for CPRO, the Pasco County Chapter board of PRO, and is Chair-Elect for 2023. She has served on GTR’s Governmental Affairs and RPAC committees, as the Chairwoman for the Women of Wesley Chapel (WOW).
