Through our nationwide network of lenders and other sources of capital, we provide financing for hotel, motel, and resort owners and developers across the United States to fund new hotel development & construction projects, acquisitions, mortgage refinancing's, and renovations--including franchise brand conversions. Additionally, for hotel owners who are navigating their company through a Chapter 11 Reorganization type of Bankruptcy we obtain Debtor-in-Possession (DIP) financing. We also arrange financing for investors who wish to purchase non-performing hotel mortgage loans at a discount.
The size of the financings we typically arrange for our customers ranges from $2,000,000 to $50,000,000, but much higher amounts can be provided for portfolio type of multi-asset transactions. We have access to all types of commercial real estate financing programs available including Conventional, Government Guaranteed, CMBS, Life Insurance Company, Subordinate/Mezzanine, Short Term Bridge, and Preferred Equity. The terms of the financings we arrange for our customers are the best available in the marketplace today. We charge no up-front fees, and we are paid our very reasonable fee only after our customers' transactions close. Frequently the lenders will pay our fee so our customers do not have to.
We specialize in providing financing to franchise license holders of major hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Choice, Hyatt, Radisson, Wyndham, and Best Western.
