Healthcare Corridor

North Tampa Bay has emerged as one of Florida's fastest-growing healthcare destinations, with a rapidly expanding healthcare corridor stretching along Bruce B. Downs Boulevard and State Road 56. Anchored by leading healthcare providers including AdventHealth, BayCare, Orlando Health, Florida Medical Clinic, Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, and numerous medical office developments, the region continues to attract significant investment in healthcare infrastructure and services.

The North Tampa Bay Chamber has played a pivotal role in supporting and advocating for many of these transformational projects by fostering relationships between healthcare leaders, developers, elected officials, and community stakeholders. Through strategic partnerships, economic development initiatives, and community engagement, the Chamber continues to serve as a connector, convener, and catalyst in advancing the growth of this vital sector and ensuring North Tampa Bay remains a premier destination for healthcare, innovation, and quality of life.
