The North Tampa Bay Chamber is proud to help businesses mark these special moments by bringing together Chamber leadership, fellow members, local officials, community partners, and supporters to celebrate your success.
As part of our commitment to supporting local businesses, Ribbon Cuttings are now included with Premier, Executive & President’s Circle Membership and we are excited to announce that Non-Members will also have the opportunity to host a Ribbon Cutting for a nominal fee.
Planning Your Ribbon Cutting
Planning a successful Ribbon Cutting is easy when you partner with the North Tampa Bay Chamber. Our team will guide you through the process and provide resources to help make your event memorable and impactful. We encourage businesses to think beyond the ribbon and create an experience for guests. Consider offering refreshments, facility tours, product demonstrations, giveaways, or opportunities for attendees to learn more about your organization.
One of the greatest benefits of Chamber membership is access to our Member-to-Member network. Need catering, photography, signage, promotional items, event rentals, florals, entertainment, or printing services? Chances are a fellow Chamber member can help. Supporting one another is at the heart of what makes our Chamber community strong.
Ribbon Cutting Scheduling Guidelines
To ensure the best experience and strongest attendance for your celebration, North Tampa Bay Chamber Ribbon Cuttings are hosted exclusively on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during one of the following event windows:
- 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 11:30 AM)
- 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 4:30 PM)
To allow adequate time for event promotion and coordination, requests must be submitted at least six (6) weeks in advance of your preferred event date. Please note that the Chamber does not host Ribbon Cuttings during the month of July. Many of our members, Ambassadors, and community partners travel during this time, and we want to ensure your milestone receives the attention and attendance it deserves. By scheduling outside of July, we can help maximize participation and make your celebration as successful as possible.
